The one that started it all! I wanted a sheer blue topper and nothing on the market gave me quite what I wanted. I mixed this up and the rest is history. 

This is a sheer topper that adds a subtle blue glow and shimmer to any base color. We recommend two coats for maximum shimmer but the journey is up to you! Número Uno is a great addition when you want to extend the life of your mani - add a coat or two and it's like a whole new polish. Use on top of cremes to give them a little boost of something special.

Like most blue shimmer toppers, this topper has a slight gold undertone which is invisible on almost all base colors except white. When applied to a stark white, you end up with an off-white base color with a blue shimmer.
