This is a sheer topper that adds a subtle blue glow and shimmer to any base color. We recommend two coats for maximum shimmer but the journey is up to you!

Like most blue shimmer toppers, this topper has a slight gold undertone which is invisible on almost all base colors except white. When applied to a stark white, you end up with an off-white base color with a blue shimmer.
