All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Once an order has shipped, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If verified, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Preferences, Shade Expectations, and Discretionary Refunds
Polish appearance may vary based on lighting, skin tone, and individual preference.
At our sole discretion, a refund or store credit may be offered as a courtesy. These decisions are made case by case and are not guaranteed.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Full ingredient lists are provided for all products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase.
Refunds or replacements are not provided for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual skin chemistry.
Limited Releases and Promotional Items
Limited releases, discounted items, mystery items, and promotional products are final sale, with no exceptions.
Excessive or Improper Claims
We reserve the right to refuse service, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases of:

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the denial of the dispute and refusal of future orders.
