This is a "glitter grabber" top coat designed to fill in all the grooves and weird texture that happens with chunky polishes like glitter and flakes. It is NOT a quick dry but does tend to dry faster than other glitter grabber toppers.
Our suite of top coats was missing one more entry - a sassy little concoction to smooth down all that texture you get from glitters and flakes. We're big on texture at Uno Mas and the one we like the most is smooooooooth. Use this topper liberally on glitter finishes to get that sleek finish you crave.
