This jelly stays translucent even after 3-4 coats, so use a smoothing base if you want to hide your nail lines. It glows a bright green, and can be charged with regular or UV light. The glow will be bright for a short time, but will keep an ambient glow for hours.
The glow in the dark pigment that is used to make this polish can thicken it over time. Please use any nail thinner a few drops at a time to get it to the desired consistency.
